The UX's angled connection ridges allow for optimum screw guidance. Serrated anti-rotation locks prevent rotation in the drill hole. This guarantees the greatest possible installatiion safety

The UX with rim is suitable for pre-positioned installation; the UX without rim is suitable for push-through installation
Turning in the screw causes the UX to expand in the solid building material and to knot within the cavity
The required screw length is given by the plug length + fixture thickness + 1 x screw diameter
Suitable for wood and chipboard screws, as well as stud screws
In the case of board building materials, the threadless part of the screw must not be longer than the fixture, and the UX with rim is to be used
The edge distance must be at least one plug length
All orders are delivered using our vans or our special courier service. Deliveries are normally made on mondays to fridays unless special arrangements has been agreed. Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days of receipt (or sooner) using the service you have indicated.
Please note that orders placed after 3:30pm on a working day, may be processed from the next working day. For example, if an order is placed by 4pm on a Friday and 1 - 3 working day delivery option was selected, the order will be processed from Monday and estimated delivery day of either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Next Working Day Delivery
- Next day delivery is available on all stock items ordered before 3:00pm (Monday – Thursday) irrespective of order value unless stated otherwise - £8.95 Carriage.
- Next Working Day Service is not available to UK offshore and Highlands.

Saturday Delivery
- Saturday delivery is available on all stock items ordered before 3:00pm Friday irrespective of order value unless stated otherwise - £20.00 Carriage.

Heavy Item Delivery
- Some products have been classified as a heavy item and will incur extra shipping charge. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery

Returns
- If, within 14 days, you wish to return an item for any reason the item must not have been used/opened and in resell-able and working order, if this criteria is met the customer will be fully responsible for shipping the item/items back to us, this is to protect us from any form of collection fee we might experience and upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued should the item be in suitable condition.
Back Orders
- If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A refund would be made in this instance.
Tax Charges
- For all orders placed for delivery within the UK or European Union, 20% VAT will be added. Orders placed for export outside of the EU can be supplied VAT free. Please contact us for details.
