These Forgefix Vine Eyes simply screw into timber and similar materials.
Drilling a pilot hole is advisable.
The screws are zinc plated for increased resistance to corrosion, and the screw thread is suitable for use with all types of wall plugs.

Vine Eyes are used to attach cables, wires and twine for many numerous applications.
Widely used in gardening and agricultural services.
Zinc coatings prevent oxidation of the protected metal to create a longer lasting finish.
It does this by forming a barrier and by acting as a sacrificial anode if this barrier is damaged.
Zinc oxide is a fine white dust that (in contrast to iron oxide) does not trigger a breakdown of the substrate’s surface integrity as it is formed.
The zinc oxide, if left intact, can act as a barrier to further oxidation, in a way similar to the protection afforded to aluminum and stainless steels by their oxide layers.

Returns
- If, within 14 days, you wish to return an item for any reason the item must not have been used/opened and in resell-able and working order, if this criteria is met the customer will be fully responsible for shipping the item/items back to us, this is to protect us from any form of collection fee we might experience and upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued should the item be in suitable condition.
Back Orders
- If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A refund would be made in this instance.
