The Faithfull Ratchet tie downs are manufactured from triple layer Terylene WEBbing. They are weatherproof, cut and abrasion resistant. The ratchet ensures that loads are secured quickly and efficiently. Although both styles are 5 metres in length the S hook style has a breaking strain of 818kg and the J hook style has a breaking strain of 2000kg (1.36 ton).

All orders are delivered using our vans or our special courier service. Deliveries are normally made on mondays to fridays unless special arrangements has been agreed. Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days of receipt (or sooner) using the service you have indicated.
Please note that orders placed after 3:30pm on a working day, may be processed from the next working day. For example, if an order is placed by 4pm on a Friday and 1 - 3 working day delivery option was selected, the order will be processed from Monday and estimated delivery day of either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Saturday Delivery
- Saturday delivery is available on all stock items ordered before 3:00pm Friday irrespective of order value unless stated otherwise - £20.00 Carriage.

Returns
- If, within 14 days, you wish to return an item for any reason the item must not have been used/opened and in resell-able and working order, if this criteria is met the customer will be fully responsible for shipping the item/items back to us, this is to protect us from any form of collection fee we might experience and upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued should the item be in suitable condition.
Back Orders
- If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A refund would be made in this instance.
